Privately Owned Vehicle – (POV)
OUT Processing Procedures

1. ADKOS requires a 48 hour notice to remove a vehicle from storage.

2.  Inform ADKOS if you are taking the vehicle out of storage permanently or just need the POV for a short period of time (While out on leave).

3.  Once you have notified ADKOS that you would like to get your POV out of storage we will need to know if you are picking the vehicle up at the storage facility or if you need us to deliver it.

• If we are delivering the vehicle we need to know the person we are delivering it to, their phone number, the address we are delivering it to and a date that you would like it delivered.
• If the POV is being picked up at the storage facility we will just need to know who is picking it up and a phone number for them so we can schedule the date and time.

4.  When the POV is picked up/delivered you will sign the original inspection report to note that there is no damage to the vehicle that was not already there and a receipt of vehicle form taking back possession of the POV and you are on your way.
